In what was the first Christmas Day Parade, and a huge sucess I might add Houston County Citizens turned out in huge numbers to welcome Santa to our county. One of the special Items was the Korean float from our neighbors in Standing Rock Tennessee and the dance performed by the young people of their comunity. After the parade the yearly lighting of the tree took place at Railroad Park with some wonderfull entertaiment.
